The page **Stock movements** (*Lagerbewegungen*) lists all goods receipts and goods issues of your JTL-Wawi for a chosen period – as single movements and summed up per article, with supplier and purchase price. The data is read live from JTL. You can export the view as an Excel file.

## Before you start

- Your company needs a JTL connection, see [Connect JTL-Wawi](/jtl/jtl-connection.md).
- Your user needs the permission **JTL WaWi › Stock movements** – ask your administrator.

## Step by step

1. In the top bar open **JTL WaWi › Stock movements** (*JTL WaWi › Lagerbewegungen*). The previous week (Monday to Sunday) is shown first.
2. Click the date field and choose the start and end date of the period.
3. Optional: choose a JTL warehouse in **-- filter by warehouse --** (*-- nach Lager filtern --*).
4. Check the result in the four blocks (see below).
5. Click **Export view** (*Ansicht exportieren*) to download the current view as an Excel file (XLSX).

## Fields and options

The page shows four blocks:

| **Receipts** (*Eingang*) | Every goods receipt in the period |
| **Issues** (*Ausgang*) | Every goods issue in the period |
| **Receipts cumulated** (*Eingang Kumuliert*) | Goods receipts summed up per article |
| **Issues cumulated** (*Ausgang Kumuliert*) | Goods issues summed up per article |

Columns of the single movements:

| Article number (*Artikelnummer*) | Article number in JTL |
| Quantity (*Menge*) | Quantity received or issued |
| Supplier SKU (*Lieferanten-SKU*) | Article number of the supplier |
| Supplier name (*Lieferanten-Name*) | Article name at the supplier |
| Supplier purchase price (*Lieferanten-EK*) | Net purchase price of the supplier |
| Warehouse (*Lager*) | JTL warehouse |

The cumulated blocks also show:

| Supplier purchase price **new** per unit (*Lieferanten-EK Neu einzel*) | Valuation price per unit: 70 % of the supplier purchase price |
| Total (*Gesamt*) | Valuation price × quantity |

The Excel file contains one sheet each for receipts, issues, receipts cumulated and issues cumulated, with totals at the end of the cumulated sheets.

## Good to know / Troubleshooting

| Symptom | Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| The lists are empty | No movements in the period or in the chosen warehouse | Check the period and the warehouse filter |
| No data at all, even for long periods | Your company has no JTL connection, or the SQL server is not reachable | Check the connection, see [Connect JTL-Wawi](/jtl/jtl-connection.md) |

- For articles with "-BWare" in the article number that have no supplier article of their own, the supplier data of the base article is shown.
- The page only reads from JTL. Movements of the X-Sitter warehouse are found in [Article history](/stock/article-history.md).
