The page **Storage places** (*Lagerplätze*) shows live from your JTL-Wawi on which JTL storage locations the articles of a chosen category lie, and how much stock is on each location. The page only reads; nothing is saved in X-Sitter or changed in JTL.

## Before you start

- Your company needs a JTL connection, see [Connect JTL-Wawi](/jtl/jtl-connection.md).
- Your user needs the permission **JTL WaWi › Storage locations** – ask your administrator.

## Step by step

1. In the top bar open **JTL WaWi › Storage location** (*JTL WaWi › Lagerplätze*).
2. Choose a category in the first selection field. A further field appears for the next category level – choose subcategories until you have reached the category you want.
3. The table with the storage locations of all articles in this category (including its direct subcategories) appears.

## Fields and options

Above the table you see three totals:

| Total | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Storage locations total (*Lagerplätze gesamt*) | Number of JTL storage locations with articles of the category |
| Articles (*Artikel*) | Number of different articles |
| Article quantity (*Artikel Menge*) | Total stock of these articles |

The table shows one row per storage location:

| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Storage location (*Lagerplatz*) | Name of the JTL storage location |
| Articles on this location (*Artikel auf diesem Platz*) | Number of articles on the location |
| Article / Stock (*Artikel / Bestand*) | Each article with its stock on this location |

## Good to know

- The JTL storage locations are independent of the storage places in the X-Sitter warehouse. For your X-Sitter stock see [Stock overview](/stock/stock-overview.md) and [Storage places](/warehouse-setup/storage-places.md).
- Without a JTL connection for your company, the page cannot show any data. Create the connection first, see [Connect JTL-Wawi](/jtl/jtl-connection.md).
