The warehouse dashboard (*Lager-Auswertungs-Dashboard*) shows the key figures of your warehouse as charts – for all clients together or for one client. You see how the number of pallets develops, how full the warehouse is, how much is moving, which articles sell best and worst, how fast orders go out and how fast deliveries are stored.

## Before you start

- Your user needs the permission for **Inventory Dashboard** (*Lager-Dashboard*). Ask your administrator if the menu entry is missing.
- The charts are built from your daily operations: putaways and the [article history](/stock/article-history.md), closed [advance notices](/inbound/advance-notices.md), picklists (see [Create a picklist](/outbound/create-picklist.md)) and your [storage places](/warehouse-setup/storage-places.md).
- **Pallet Trends (Weekly Comparison)** and **Top Customers by Stock** use the daily pallet snapshots that X-Sitter takes every night, see [Storage space costs](/billing/storage-space-costs.md).

## Step by step

1. Open **WMS › Inventory Dashboard** (*WMS › Lager-Dashboard*).
2. At the top, choose the **Client name** (*Mandantenname*): **All clients** (*Alle Mandanten*) or a single client.
3. Read the charts (see below).

## Charts

| Chart | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Pallet Trends (Weekly Comparison)** (*Palettenverlauf (Wochenvergleich)*) | Number of pallets in stock, compared week by week, based on the nightly pallet snapshots. |
| **Capacity utilization** (*Kapazitätsauslastung*) | Number of storage locations compared to the occupied ones. |
| **Movement dynamics (week/area)** (*Bewegungsdynamik (Woche/Bereich)*) | Putaways (pallet and shelf storage) per week and storage area over the last 8 weeks. |
| **Top 5 fast & slow movers** (*Top 5 Renner & Penner*) | The five fastest and the five slowest moving articles, based on the article history. |
| **Lead time (pick-to-ship)** (*Durchlaufzeit (Pick-to-Ship)*) | **Hours per day on average** (*Stunden im Tagesdurchschnitt*) from creating a picklist until it is shipped, for the picklists of the day. |
| **SLA Compliance (On-Time)** (*SLA-Erfüllung (On-Time)*) | Order entries on picklists shipped today: shipped by the cut-off time of 14:00 (**On time**) or later (**Delayed**). If nothing has been shipped today, the tile currently shows sample values. |
| **Dock-to-Stock (putaway time)** (*Dock-to-Stock (Einlagerungszeit)*) | Time from creating an advance notice until it is fully stored, for closed notices. |
| **Quality rate (MDE scans)** (*Qualitätsquote (MDE-Scans)*) | Logisticians only. Share of successful and faulty scans. The tile currently shows sample values, not your real scan data. |
| **Top Customers by Stock** (*Top-Kunden nach Bestand*) | Logisticians only. Clients with the most stock, based on the latest pallet snapshot. |

## Good to know

- **Why is Pallet Trends (Weekly Comparison) empty?** The nightly pallet snapshots have not run yet, for example in a new warehouse. Wait one night. If the chart stays empty, contact X-Sitter support.
- **Dock-to-Stock stays empty.** Only closed advance notices are counted. Check that your notices are closed when everything is stored, see [Advance notices](/inbound/advance-notices.md).
- The dashboard only reads data. Nothing is changed when you open it.
