JTL article history

Show and export the stock booking history of the articles in a JTL category for a year or month

The Article History - Export (Artikel Historie - Export) shows all stock bookings of the articles in a JTL category – goods receipts, sales, corrections – for a chosen year or month. The data is read live from your JTL-Wawi. You can look at it as a table or download it as a CSV file.

Before you start

Your company needs a JTL connection, see Connect JTL-Wawi.
Your user needs the permission JTL WaWi › Item History – ask your administrator.

Step by step

In the top bar open JTL WaWi › Item History (CSV Export) (JTL WaWi › Artikel History (CSV-Export)).
Choose the Year (Jahr). You can choose the current year and the two years before.
Choose the Month (Monat) or All (Alle) for the whole year. The previous month is preselected.
Click Choose Category (Kategorie auswählen). A window with your JTL category tree opens. Open the levels and click the category you want.
The table with the bookings appears. The chosen category is shown next to the button.
Optional: use -- filter by article -- (-- nach Artikel filtern --) to show only one article.
Click CSV-Download to download the bookings as a CSV file.

warning Choose a deep category

Start as deep in the category tree as possible. A large category creates a heavy load on your JTL database and can slow down your JTL-Wawi.

Fields and options

The table and the CSV file contain these columns:

Product group (Warengruppe)	Product group of the article in JTL
Booking date (Buchungsdatum)	Date of the stock booking
Booking type (Buchungsart)	Kind of booking in JTL, e.g. goods receipt or sale
Quantity (Menge)	Booked quantity
Warehouse (Lager)	JTL warehouse of the booking
Stock all warehouses (Bestand alle Lager)	Stock across all warehouses after the booking
Stock in warehouse (Bestand im Lager)	Stock in this warehouse after the booking
Supplier order number (Lieferrantenbestellnummer)	Purchase order the booking belongs to
Order (Auftrag)	Sales order the booking belongs to
Delivery note (Lieferschein)	Delivery note the booking belongs to
User (Benutzer)	JTL user who made the booking
Comment (Kommentar)	Comment of the booking

Good to know / Troubleshooting

The page only reads from JTL. Nothing is changed in JTL or in X-Sitter. For the booking history of the X-Sitter warehouse, see Article history.
