Welcome! These pages explain how to work with X-Sitter, step by step. They are written for logisticians (you run the warehouse) and for their clients (you store goods at a logistician and send orders).

Logistician and client

X-Sitter works with two kinds of companies:

• The logistician (main tenant) runs one or more warehouses, manages employees, stock, picking, packing and shipping, and bills its clients.
• A client (sub-tenant) belongs to a logistician. Clients see their own orders, articles and stock, announce deliveries and handle returns.

What you see in the menu depends on your company and on the permissions your administrator has given your user. If a menu item described here is missing, ask your company's administrator.
